I love to take walks, go to the gym and to cook. I love to draw. My husband, Raul Ramirez, and I have two daughters and five grandchildren.
I joined the staff at Montessori Day School, 28 years go, because I could see that all of the teachers, the administrative staff, and the founder of the school were all wonderful people, always willing to help.
I have always worked with either the toddlers or primary students. I believe this is such an important area of the program, because it gives the children a wonderful foundation to grow from. With guidance from the lead teacher, I teach the students how to become independent as they learn how to care for their own environment and respect each other.
