Supporting Unique Talents & Interests
Engaging in extracurricular activities provides children with opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills, and build confidence. Additionally, extracurricular activities promote socialization and teamwork, helping children develop important interpersonal skills such as communication, cooperation, and leadership.
Consider enrolling your child in one of our current extracurricular offerings. If you have any questions, please reach out to Geidy at gochoa@mdpsc.org.
Spring 2026 Offerings & Cost
Cost of Extracurricular Activities are not covered by tuition fees or state funding, and therefore require fees for participation.
Fortunately, Arizona’s Tax Credit for Extracurricular Activities creates an opportunity for parents to recover fees paid and to request donations from others to support these activities. All activities are structured on a per semester basis (Fall/Spring).
Cost per semester, per activity, is $100. Scholarships are available as Tax Credit donations permit. Activity fees are due at time of sign up.
