Notice of Public Meeting Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes ARS 38-431, notice is hereby given to the board members of the Montessori Day Public Schools Chartered and the general public that the Governing Board will hold a public meeting at 9215 N. 14th Street, Phoenix, AZ on Monday, August 10 at 2 pm.
Pursuant to ARS 38-431, the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice concerning any item on the agency inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information or testimony that is specifically required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
