Our Montessori Team

I was born in New Jersey. I have a degree in interior design from Sheffield School. I studied art at the Art Students’ League in New York City.

I am Montessori-trained at the Primary level by a well-known British trainer, and I have taught for a total of 28 years. I am presently teaching art at MDS.

My son, who is now 33, attended Montessori Day School when he was a child.

When I started at MDS in 1997, I was intrigued by the park-like setting, the French doors, and, at the time, classical music playing from the speakers on the patio roofs, and, of course, our charming Ms. Peg!
