Peter Murphy
I am the 5th of 9 kids (5 brothers and 3 sisters). I grew up in Idaho, but I came to Arizona for the sunshine. I love the outdoors, as well as singing and acting.
I sing in a barbershop quartet called Uncalled Four and in a mixed voice group called Pitchpipes Quartet. Both groups are hired to sing at residential living facilities throughout the year. The Pitchpipes are known as The Mistletones for holiday events.
I am also a part of the Barbershop Society.
I can imitate a bagpipe using only my voice.
I saw the beautiful campus, with an open and bright atmosphere. I saw trees and flowers. I saw it as a beautiful place to learn and grow. I also was intrigued by the Montessori method.
I love bringing composers and their music to life with costumes and stories, and I enjoy putting on the shows.
